Cleanroom Wipes

Superior strength and absorbency make an ideal choice for a general purpose wiper.
Manufactured without the use of binders or surfactants, ion levels and organic extractables remain low. can be used for cleaning and maintenance in laboratories, aerospace, defense electronics, food processing, computer assembly and semiconductor, circuit board, pharmaceutical, and biomedical device manufacture.

Composition and Attributes

1.         Hydroentangled 75% polyester & 25% nylon

2.         Smooth, highly sorbent and durable

3.         No secondary binders

4.         Critical combination of the synthetic polyester strength with the absorbent characteristics of nylon

5.         Works well with IPA and other solvents

6.         Cutted and sealed by laser, laundered by 18M Ohms ultra-pure water, packaged in class 10 clean room

Applications

1.         Recommended for use in ISO Class 5 (Class 100) Cleanroom Applications

2.         Absorbent low particle work surface material

3.         Ideal for cleaning work surfaces, tools, machines, finished products, and spill pickup

4.         General purpose wiping and polishing of surface areas, including optics, PCB.SMT, LCD series products, disk driver, composite materials etc 

5.         Steam autoclavable for use in aseptic areas
